Sunn last night...

not really sure how to describe this one. they fogged out the sanctuary, had a 20 minute pipe organ intro, and attila was dressed like a tree with laser fingers. other than that it was absolutely loud as fuck and the entire place was vibrating. also, creepiest/best vocals ever. awesome show.

here is the newest album, monoliths and dimensions. it will give you an idea of the vocals and it's also really good... if you are into this. if not, it will probably take a lot of patience to get through. i understand why a lot of people hate this band, and their records, but everyone should go check them out at least once. and in philly we're lucky fucks because we get to see them play in a 200 year old church.
